Description

B.A. (Hons) in Economics is a three-year undergraduate degree that covers microeconomics, macroeconomics, international trade, public finance, econometrics and statistical market analysis. It is one of the most respected degrees for careers in policy, finance, consulting and research.

Students learn economic theory, mathematical economics, statistics, econometrics, development economics and the impact of global trade on markets. The course develops strong analytical, quantitative and critical-thinking skills.

Graduates pursue careers in consulting, banking, policy, civil services, data analytics, research and higher studies (M.A / M.Sc Economics, MBA, or civil services). Economics graduates are in demand across government, think tanks, financial institutions and corporates.
