Description
Bachelor of Fashion Technology (B.FTech) is a four-year degree offered primarily by NIFT and select institutes. It blends fashion with technology — covering apparel manufacturing, fabric science, garment construction, quality control and e-commerce fashion marketing.
Students learn textile science, pattern making, garment production, CAD for fashion, supply chain, fashion retail and digital marketing for fashion brands. The course combines design studios with factory visits and industry internships.
Graduates work as apparel production managers, fashion technologists, quality controllers, sourcing managers, fashion e-commerce managers and retail buyers in fashion brands, export houses, retail chains and startups.
