Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) is a four-year undergraduate degree that trains students in international hospitality, resort management, culinary arts, food & beverage service, front office and housekeeping. It is the flagship degree for a career in the hospitality industry.
Students learn culinary arts (Indian and international cuisine), bakery & patisserie, food & beverage service, front office operations, housekeeping, hospitality law, revenue management and guest relations. The course includes extensive practical training in training kitchens, restaurants and industry internships.
