Description

B.Sc in Nursing is a four-year professional degree that trains students in patient care, medical procedures, hospital operations and healthcare management. It is one of the most in-demand healthcare degrees in India and abroad.

Students learn anatomy, physiology, microbiology, pharmacology, medical-surgical nursing, community health nursing, paediatric nursing, mental health nursing and nursing administration. The course includes extensive clinical training in hospitals and community health centres.

Graduates work as staff nurses, nursing supervisors, ICU nurses, OT nurses and community health nurses in hospitals, clinics, community health centres and nursing homes. Indian nurses are also in high demand in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and the Gulf.
