Description

The Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is a 1–2 year professional certification that trains students in financial planning, tax planning, investment management, retirement planning and insurance. It is one of the most respected certifications in the personal finance and wealth management industry.

Students learn financial planning fundamentals, investment planning, tax planning, retirement and estate planning, insurance planning and risk management. The course combines self-study, classroom sessions and case studies, followed by the CFP exam conducted by FPSB India.

Certified graduates work as financial planners, wealth managers, investment advisors, retirement planners and independent financial consultants in banks, wealth management firms, financial advisory firms and as independent advisors. The certification is recognised globally.
