Description

The Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA) is a short, job-oriented course that trains students in office automation, basic web design, accounting software (Tally) and digital literacy. It is one of the most accessible entry points into the IT and office-administration world.

Students learn computer fundamentals, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet and email, basic HTML and CSS, Tally accounting, and an introduction to programming. The course is highly practical and designed for quick employability.

Graduates work as data entry operators, office assistants, computer operators, junior web assistants and accounting clerks in offices, schools, shops and small businesses. The diploma also serves as a stepping stone to advanced IT courses like BCA or programming certifications.
