Description
The Diploma in Retail Management is a three-year polytechnic course that trains students in store operations, merchandising, inventory management and customer relations. It is designed for early entry into the fast-growing retail and e-commerce sector.
Students learn retail operations, merchandising, inventory control, customer service, sales management, retail marketing and point-of-sale (POS) systems. The course combines classroom learning with practical training and internships in retail stores and supermarkets.
Graduates work as store supervisors, merchandising executives, inventory controllers, retail sales executives and customer relations executives in supermarkets, retail chains, malls and e-commerce companies.
