Description

The Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management is a three-year polytechnic programme that trains students in aviation, ticketing, hospitality, tour operations and global travel management. It is ideal for students who want to enter the fast-growing travel and tourism industry early.

Students learn travel geography, airline ticketing (IATA / GDS systems), tour packaging, hospitality management, customer service and digital booking platforms. The course combines classroom learning with internships at travel agencies, airlines and tour operators.

Graduates work as travel consultants, ticketing executives, tour coordinators, cabin crew (after additional training) and operations executives in travel agencies, airlines, hotels and tour companies. The sector offers global exposure and the option to start an independent travel business.
